VP+ level decision-makers responsible for HR or Real Estate for an enterprise occupying at least 5 million square feet with specific interest in upgrades to their existing facilities to improve workplace productivity and attract and retain excellent employees.
Delegates must:
- Plan to spend - or exert significant influence over the spending of at least $500K in the next 2 years.
- Own or manage at least 1 million square feet of commercial property.
- In the case of space users, be responsible for at least 5 million square feet of enterprise space.
